The 24″ Napster AI Touch Kiosk RK3576 is the mid-size entry in faytech's Napster AI kiosk line — positioned between the 21.5″ desktop-and-counter form factor and the 27″ premium signage size, with a 3,000:1 contrast ratio that exceeds the 21.5″ option. For quick-service restaurants, retail, transit, hospitality, and healthcare deployments where the 21.5″ display feels too small but the 27″ footprint is too large, the 24″ configuration is the right balance of visual impact and floor-space economy.

Like the rest of the Napster AI kiosk family, this unit is built around the Rockchip RK3576 SoC with a dedicated 6.0 TOPS NPU for on-device AI inference. Voice ordering, conversational information lookup, and AI-assisted customer interaction run locally on the kiosk rather than streaming to cloud AI services — eliminating the latency that frustrates customers, reducing infrastructure costs, addressing data privacy concerns, and maintaining operation during network outages. The integrated Napster AI platform handles the conversational understanding layer, while the kiosk's local compute keeps response times short. 4 GB DDR RAM, 32 GB eMMC storage, and Android 14 support modern AI runtimes and standard POS / content-management integrations.

The 23.8″ display (marketed as 24″, per industry convention) delivers 1920×1080 Full HD resolution across a 527.0 × 296.5 mm active area, with 500 cd/m² brightness — substantially above the 250–300 nits typical of consumer displays — and a 3,000:1 contrast ratio, which is meaningfully better than the 21.5″ option. The higher contrast is meaningful for content with dark UI elements, video backgrounds, and the deep black levels that brand-driven retail UX often calls for. 178°/178° viewing angles, 30,000-hour LED lifetime, and an LVDS display interface complete the panel specifications.

The remaining specifications — touch system, chassis design, IP rating, AI peripherals, connectivity, and intended use — are shared with the rest of the Napster AI kiosk family. The 10-point projected capacitive touch panel uses 2.0 mm thermally strengthened cover glass with AG anti-glare, IK08 impact protection, and faytech's Clear Bond® optical bonding. The rubber-frame sealed display achieves IP65 front protection appropriate for semi-outdoor and high-cleaning-frequency commercial environments. The dedicated AI loudspeaker and microphone array — engineered specifically for Napster's AI platform — supports beamforming voice capture in acoustically challenging public spaces. Connectivity includes dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, Gigabit Ethernet, multiple USB ports, HDMI 2.0 output, TF card, and an included 4G router peripheral for cellular-backed connectivity.
