The display is the same premium 23.8″ panel used in the standalone 24″ Capacitive Touch Monitor RTD2556 — the difference is that this product integrates the Core i5 compute platform behind that panel for buyers who don't want a separate host PC. The Full HD 1920×1080 resolution across the 527.04 × 296.46 mm active area produces approximately 92 PPI pixel density — comfortable for adult viewing distances and well-suited to modern software interface design. The display uses LVDS interface internally.

Intel Core i5 Industrial Compute Platform

The platform is built around the Intel® Core™ i5-1145G7E (Tiger Lake U) — a genuine industrial vPro embedded processor, not a low-power Atom or Celeron SoC. Touch System

The 10-point projected capacitive multi-touch panel is built on 1.1 mm thermally strengthened cover glass with AG (chemical etching) anti-glare surface treatment, IK08 impact protection, and faytech's Clear Bond® optical bonding. The EXC81W84 touch controller communicates via USB. Touch resolution is 68 RX × 38 TX. The optical bonding eliminates the air gap between touch sensor and LCD panel, improving optical clarity at the high brightness and contrast specifications, reducing reflections in commercial lighting, and increasing mechanical durability against operator impacts.
