Large-Format Full HD Display

The display delivers 1920×1080 Full HD resolution across a 597.6 × 336.15 mm active area, in 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio at 27.0″ diagonal. The pixel density is approximately 82 PPI — comfortable for viewing distances typical of large operator workstations, conference room collaborative displays, and customer-facing kiosk applications where the audience is positioned 2-4 feet from the screen rather than at desktop intimacy.

Brightness is 300 cd/m² — moderate, appropriate for indoor commercial and industrial environments under typical lighting. Contrast ratio is 3,000:1 — matching the 24″ flagship and substantially higher than the 800:1 / 1,000:1 ratings on smaller siblings. The high contrast produces deeper blacks, more vivid color rendering, and better legibility for graphic content, photography, video, and high-resolution process visualizations. The platform is built around the Intel® Core™ i5-1145G7E (Tiger Lake U) — a genuine industrial vPro embedded processor, not a low-power Atom or Celeron SoC. The i5-1145G7E offers full Intel Core architecture with significantly more compute performance, larger cache, faster memory subsystems, and better single-thread performance than the Atom and Celeron alternatives common in this product category. Touch System

The 10-point projected capacitive multi-touch panel is built on 1.1 mm thermally strengthened cover glass with AG (chemical etching) anti-glare surface treatment, IK08 impact protection, and faytech's Clear Bond® optical bonding. The EXC81W100 touch controller (upgraded from the EXC81W84 used in smaller siblings) communicates via USB and is engineered to handle the larger touch area at the 27″ size. Touch resolution is 96 RX × 54 TX — the highest touch resolution in the compact Core i5 Touch PC family, supporting fine touch precision across the larger panel area. • Large IPC Back Kit (i5-1145G7E): Contains the Intel Core i5 compute platform, all external connectivity, network hardware, storage, and the aluminum IPC back case with passive thermal management fins. This is the same back kit shared across the entire compact Core i5 Touch PC family — from 10″ through 27″.

The two kits can be ordered pre-assembled (deployment-ready) or separately packaged (for OEM integration), connected through various standardized connectors. Independent replacement during service supports:

• Compute platform refresh as Intel Core processor generations advance, without replacing the more expensive large-format front kit
• Field damage replacement of cracked cover glass without retiring the working back kit and configured OS image
• OEM integration projects where custom enclosures house the back kit separately from the front kit
• Service inventory optimization with separate kit stocking — the shared Large IPC Back Kit across the entire Touch PC i5 family (10″ through 27″) dramatically simplifies fleet inventory management for organizations operating mixed-size deployments

Maximum clamp wall thickness is 5.0 mm. The 10-clamp specification supports the substantially larger and heavier display assembly compared to the 4/6/7-clamp smaller siblings.

Wide Power Input & Environmental

The platform accepts 9-36V DC wide power input — supporting standard 12V industrial DC, vehicle 24V systems, 48V battery backup systems (regulated), and the PoE option (when configured). The included 100-240V AC active-switching adapter outputs 12V DC for standard mains deployment. Operating power consumption is 38.6W with under 1W standby. Operating temperature range is -10°C to +60°C with 10–90% humidity tolerance, suitable for partially-conditioned industrial environments.
