Two brains, two operating systems, one cabinet

Most AI kiosks force a compromise on compute. This one does not. Inside sits a dual-brain architecture: an Apple Mac mini (M4) — with a 10-core CPU, 10-core GPU, and 16-core Neural Engine — runs Napster AI and macOS-native applications with flagship on-device intelligence, while a dedicated Orange Pi 5 Plus (Rockchip RK3588) drives the display and peripherals under Android. Integrators get the strengths of both ecosystems — Apple's AI and creative-app horsepower alongside the open flexibility of Android — without bolting on an external player or a separate media PC. A secondary 2.1″ circular Napster View display adds a second screen for an animated AI persona, branding, or live status, giving the kiosk a face as well as a canvas.

Built to see, hear, and be heard

Interaction is where the platform earns its "AI & sound hub" billing. A 48MP camera with a 120° field of view captures 4K at 30 fps for computer vision, audience analytics, and AR experiences, and a faytech 4-array beamforming microphone isolates a speaker's voice from across a noisy room for natural conversation with Napster AI. Sound is a genuine feature here, not an afterthought: a multi-driver system pairs dual 80 W bass, quad 40 W full-range, and a 10 W treble driver for a 40 Hz–20 kHz response that fills a space with music, voice prompts, and immersive audio — the presence luxury and entertainment brands expect.

Designed like furniture, engineered like industrial hardware

The chassis is finished in custom aluminum, wood, and metal with a RAL9004 black-and-brown wooden frame, so the kiosk reads as a designer fixture rather than a signage box. The 10-point projected-capacitive touch surface uses 2.0 mm thermally strengthened, four-layer safety glass with AG anti-glare etching, IK08 impact protection, and faytech's Clear Bond® optical bonding for clarity and durability in high-traffic, hands-on use. Free-standing on a stable base at 600 × 400 × 1700 mm and roughly 39 kg, it is CE and FCC certified and ready to drop into museums and galleries, luxury retail, hospitality, and music and entertainment venues.
