Another major drawback is that you have to be within arm’s reach to be able to operate them. It is also common knowledge that the screens are sometimes more expensive and they can require more electricity to run. In spite of their few challenges, touch monitors remain one of the greatest inventions of this time and age. As with every technology, their ease of use and assistive nature is indeed their strongest selling point.
