Deploy mid-size versatile self-service with the 24″ ARM Touch Kiosk RK3576 — the mid-size standard kiosk in faytech’s RK3576 line, balancing visual impact with footprint efficiency. The 23.8″ Full HD display delivers 500 cd/m² brightness with a 3,000:1 contrast ratio and 178°/178° viewing angles, suitable for POS, digital signage, wayfinding, and information-display applications. The 10-point projected capacitive touch panel uses 2.0 mm thermally strengthened cover glass with AG anti-glare, IK08 impact protection, and faytech’s Clear Bond® optical bonding.
The rubber-frame sealed display provides IP65 front protection for dust, water spray, and cleaning protocols typical of retail, hospitality, transit, and healthcare environments. Optional peripherals include the POS P300 module (custom upon request) for integrated payment processing, KP-80A receipt printer for transaction printing, 4G router for cellular connectivity independent of facility networks, and custom AI microphone and loudspeaker options. Powered by a Rockchip RK3576 processor with 4 GB RAM, 32 GB eMMC, and Android 14. CE and FCC compliant.
The 24″ ARM Touch Kiosk RK3576 is the mid-size standard kiosk in faytech's RK3576 line — positioned between the 21.5″ compact form factor and the 27″ premium signage size, with a 3,000:1 contrast ratio that meaningfully exceeds the 21.5″ option. For deployments where the 21.5″ display feels too small but the 27″ footprint is too large, the 24″ configuration is the right balance of visual impact and floor-space economy. This kiosk is purpose-built for the broad set of POS, signage, wayfinding, and self-service applications that don't require an AI-first platform but do benefit from a flexible peripheral ecosystem.
Like the rest of the RK3576 standard kiosk family, this unit is built around the Rockchip RK3576 SoC with on-device compute that supports standard kiosk software, content management systems, POS integrations, and the third-party Android applications retail and hospitality operations standardize on. The 6.0 TOPS NPU provides headroom for future AI integration — organizations can deploy now for traditional touch-driven workflows and add voice interaction or computer vision later through optional custom AI peripheral builds. 4 GB DDR RAM, 32 GB eMMC storage, and Android 14 round out the platform.
The 23.8″ display (marketed as 24″ per industry convention) delivers 1920×1080 Full HD resolution across a 527.0 × 296.5 mm active area, with 500 cd/m² brightness — substantially above the 250–300 nits typical of consumer displays — and a 3,000:1 contrast ratio, which is meaningfully better than the 21.5″ option. The higher contrast is meaningful for content with dark UI elements, video backgrounds, and the deep black levels that brand-driven retail UX often calls for. 178°/178° viewing angles, 30,000-hour LED lifetime, and an LVDS display interface complete the panel specifications.
The remaining specifications — touch system, chassis design, IP rating, connectivity, peripheral ecosystem, and intended use — are shared with the rest of the standard kiosk family. The 10-point projected capacitive touch panel uses 2.0 mm thermally strengthened cover glass with AG anti-glare, IK08 impact protection, and faytech's Clear Bond® optical bonding. The rubber-frame sealed display achieves IP65 front protection appropriate for semi-outdoor and high-cleaning-frequency commercial environments. Connectivity includes dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, Gigabit Ethernet, multiple USB ports, HDMI 2.0 output, and TF card. CE and FCC compliant.
Optional peripherals — selectable based on deployment requirements — include the POS P300 payment module (custom upon request), KP-80A thermal receipt printer, 4G cellular router, and custom AI microphone and loudspeaker builds for voice-interaction add-ons. This peripheral flexibility lets buyers configure the exact mix their deployment needs without paying for capabilities they won't use.
Specification status note: Several values for the 24″ version were marked "TBD" on the v1 datasheet — case dimensions, net weight, gross weight, and power consumption. Please contact faytech for current values, or check the data sheet download for updates. The 21.5″ and 27″ versions of this product family have complete specification data and may be deployment-ready ahead of the 24″ depending on update timing.
Hypothetical Application Scenarios
Fast Casual Restaurant – Order Confirmation & Loyalty: Fast-casual chains can deploy the 24″ kiosk for order pickup confirmation, loyalty program engagement, and survey collection. The 3,000:1 contrast renders food imagery with the visual appeal that drives upsell on the secondary order screen. The KP-80A receipt printer dispenses order tickets and loyalty point statements.
Mid-Size Retail POS & Self-Service: Mid-size retail chains can deploy the 24″ kiosk as customer service stations and limited self-checkout terminals. The optional POS P300 module integrates payment processing for self-checkout flows; the KP-80A printer handles receipts. The mid-size 24″ form factor suits department-store customer service desks and specialty retail counters.
Transit – Mid-Tier Ticketing & Information: Suburban transit stations, regional bus terminals, and ferry docks can deploy 24″ kiosks as primary ticketing and wayfinding interfaces. Larger than typical ticket-machine displays but smaller than flagship-station installations, the 24″ size suits the mid-volume transit deployment.
Hotel Lobby Concierge Augmentation: Hotels can deploy 24″ kiosks at front desks or concierge counters to handle guest questions, restaurant recommendations, and local information self-service. The 24″ size is large enough to be a clear customer-facing point, small enough to fit standard hotel counter installations alongside desk staff. The optional 4G router maintains operation during property network maintenance.
Healthcare Outpatient Clinic Check-In: Outpatient clinics, specialty practices, and dental groups can deploy 24″ check-in kiosks at lobby entrances. Smaller than the flagship 27″ hospital installation but larger than the 21.5″ casual unit — appropriate to the patient walk-up height and clinic floor space. The IP65 front rating supports clinical cleaning protocols.
Corporate Visitor Management & Conference Centers: Office buildings and conference centers can deploy 24″ kiosks for visitor registration, meeting check-in, and event wayfinding. The KP-80A printer issues visitor badges and meeting room directions; the touch interface integrates with existing visitor management software. The mid-size form factor suits standard reception desk placement.
Education – Department-Level Information Hubs: Universities and colleges can deploy 24″ kiosks at department buildings, library entrances, and student services centers — handling course information, advising appointments, and building wayfinding.
Banking Branch Mid-Tier Self-Service: Mid-size bank branches can deploy 24″ kiosks for appointment check-in, product information, and queue management. The optional POS P300 module enables transactional applications subject to certification, the KP-80A printer issues queue tickets and transaction receipts.
The 24″ ARM Touch Kiosk RK3576 (Standard) is also available in 21.5″ and 27″ form factors.
